Kokoro's morale and physical states

Because morale_type are separated from the stuff that grant them, things like getting wet continuously give the morale debuff as long as the body part is wet

While usually not an issue, Kokoro gains mana by removing morale buffs/debuffs, meaning that if she gets wet, she will remove the morale debuff and gain mana, but "realize" she's wet and be upset about it again, removing the morale debuff, and so on until her body parts dry

Funny but this has to be fixed at some point

Fixed by 0.9.7.8c (using a different approach) Also buffed the pasive mana gain I guess
