Removed >>>>>>>> HEAD, =========== and <<<<<<<<<<250-12 that cause the lesson projects to fail when running the script from Vivado.

There is another problem with running the freq_counter with the cores (it the make_project.tcl is ran a second time, then it fails (a -force needs to be added)). I will add it to this pull request.
