This may already exist in some form, but it seems to not be working for me. I have items that make use both of charges and ammunition - specifically guns that need to be reloaded as an action, but still pull from an ammunition pool. Ideally, it would only consume ammunition if it had enough uses to be activated, but as it stands it consumes ammunition first. Is there anything that can be done about this?
Interestingly, the reverse is not true; if it is out of ammunition, the uses are not consumed.
