As a registered user I want to have the ability to modify my account . So I can manage my account information and configurations

Acceptance criteria:

• By opening the dropdown menu next to the username, the user can access account settings, including the "Configuration" menu.
• Clicking on the username opens the "Status" page, where account settings, including the "Config" menu, are also available on the left side.
• While on the "Config" page, the user can: add and/or edit their name, add or modify the description for their profile, update account information, change the appearance of their profile, adjust security settings, and update credentials.
• After saving the changes, the user is redirected to the "Status" page.

• While on Status page, user able to: add description to his profile, change account information, change Appearance of his profile, change Preferences, change Security information, change Credentials
