Rework docker usage. #684

why can't I just docker pull then use this? Why does it have to be complicated?

Have you tried cloning from the GitHub repo and running setup.sh?

There is a somewhat old docker configuration. You can try that, but I'm not sure who all uses it still. You're welcome to commit an update to get it working the way you like.
