Update for xxHash 8.0.0 #18

The most recent release of xxhash is 0.8.0 Do you have plans to update xxhash_cpp to that version?

Changes to be incorporated are as far as I see:

I would suggest to create a tag 0.7.3 from the currently latest commit on master, i.e. https://github.com/RedSpah/xxhash_cpp/commit/62469667b46703e42529358f80a06e58a506d26f , before proceeding with implementing 0.8.0 changes.
