Hatchery Helpers not hatching eggs #24

I'm trying to automate my egg hatching, but it's been on for over an hour, and nothing is automatically hatching. I am currently using Carey. They still gain steps, but I have to click on them to hatch. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

wait it only auto hatches if its in the first spot
