Mangadex Chapter Downloads are all generating errors as of 01/28/21 #491

Hello

I have experienced image extension errors with various mangas from Mangadex starting today. It occurs for every image. Here is part of the log:

12:00:35: Getting pages list for chapter Vol. 10 Ch. 92 - Ever-changing... 12:00:35: 26 pages found for this chapter. 12:00:35: Downloading pages... 12:00:36: Error! Unable to detect the extension for the image file download at: https://s2.mangadex.org/data/712a4d6b6e80c65a2abc47f5fff3eb79/1-150728be93a0e4b9ddb2c583e35c078dd6e289b723ea54dd84fa3cecb65e4891.jpg 12:00:36: Usually this mean that the server returned HTML code instead of the image file or simply the image is corrupted.

Manga Downloader had been working fine. I'll just give an example of 1 manga. I was able to download this chapter without any issues yesterday.

It’s a server issue, if you visit the image link with a web browser you got a 502 error.

Anyway you can already fix this issue simply by going into the Extra menu and by selecting the download server “Random” for Mangadex, I just tried with that configuration and that chapter downloaded successfully for me:
