Manga18.club is a known issue, you can find info about the websites support on the main input screen:
About Hyperdex, I just tested and it works for me here:
Please try to force the antibot protection (using the specific button in the MDA webextension) or if the issue persist please try again with other web browsers (firefox, chrome, edge) or in extremis other PC/virtual OS
