Don't automatically open in fullscreen, remember window size, autofit columns #78

Currently Manga Downloader always opens fullscreen, which is a bit impractical on a high resolution monitor. Taking it out of fullscreen then always results in a window which is too small, and unfortunately resizing the window is not remembered.

If both these issues could be fixed, or at very least making some changes so buttons and that cloudflare check image are not cut off with the default size, that would be nice.

It would also be useful if by default the sorting columns automatic fit the maximum content size, but that isn't as important.

Well, this surely will take some time but ok I'll try to do everything to make it come true in the next versions

v15 released, it adds support for custom sizes
