entering setup( in spyder console crashes the spyder

Installation
=============
Version 2.7.3.0 Windows Full installation.
No customized installation directories.
Installed to default path: C:\Program Files (x86)\pythonxy
For all users.
Windows 7 64 bit OS.
Logged as regular user.
Installed by double-clicking the installer.
Before installing the newest version, old Python versions were unistalled from 
Control Panel and lastly the remaining folders manually deleted. No Windows 
registry cleaning done.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Python(x,y)
2. Select Spyder Options: None (IDE)
3. In Spyder's console write setup(

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expected to see the documentation
- But instead Spyder died (disappeared totally)

can't reproduce.

please running from the command prompt:
python c:\Python27\Scripts\spyder

And attach the output written to the condole when Spyder dies.
