有一个vbs的脚本可以用， 下面是脚本， 
保存成一个xxxx.vbs的文件在同目录下即可。

Set ws = CreateObject("Wscript.Shell")
ws.run "proxy.exe",vbhide

用个第三方可以最小化任意窗口到托盘的程序吧，小巧点的��
�RBTray，更猛点的如TrayEverything

还是1.2 的时候 gui 
图形界面比较方便，FetchServer修改也很方便，为什么改了呢 :(
