Update development.cfg #20

Update configuration introducing Products.ZMIntrospection. Add tab in ZMI showing object attributes. we could start using in on development. If it works, we can think to deploy it on production env and have a way to see object attributes without use debuginstance + pdb

@luca-bellenghi Have you already tried it on your machine? Is it good?

@arsenico13 yep, already tried it. It doesn't change your life... I think it can be useful when, without having to log into the machine and go to the shell, you can see object instance attributes

@cekk @arsenico13 please note if product gives problems. otherwise we can think to add it on base.cfg and use it in production configuration.
