Can PaRSnIP run with multiple protein sequences? #5

As I have test that the PaRSbIP can't process many protein amino acid sequences at the same time. What I did was that I added many amino acids sequences in the same file, but PaRSnIP only return the probability of solubility of one amino acid sequence. How could I achieve that get the probability of many amino acid sequence at the same time? Thanks!
