Added synomyn for Examine - LOOK AT [object] #100

I originally removed 'LOOK AT' because it conflicted with LOOK in some way. It may have been because 'AT' was optional. We'll see if this works as expected.

You mean... you will look at how well it works?

Already merged it. It conflicts with look if the at is not optional.
