Smooth Comments scrolling when many list items are collapsed #19

Hide/Remove comments instead of changing their layout heights.

@ninadmg Now that the scrolling is smooth, can you check how we can make the animation consistent? For some reason, when collapsing one item only the animation kind of starts from the end of the screen. Same with expanding a comment. The animation seems to always start from the end of the window.

App crashes when a comment is expanded with one child only.
