What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press Triangle when on a mission on "Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
6.20 PRO B7 PSPGo

Please provide any additional information below.
On 6.20 PRO B6 there was no problem.

It's working fine for me on a psp 3000 with 6.20 PRO-B7. Try formating your 
memory stick, maybe your Crisis Core iso got damaged somehow.
