Hi, I would like to try this project but I don't have the software to convert the design into Gerber files. The last time the Gerber file was updated was 2 years ago. Can someone can take the last build from the master to create Gerber files RS-274-X version?

Thank you.

this would be great could we please get an updated Gerber files please

Redherring32 commented 1 year ago

Yes a new release should be coming soon. :)

Frost-Byt32 commented 1 year ago

Will the release contain an updated BOM? Specifically, the WRAM chip (6116SA15TPG) is now out of production and very hard to find.

I'm having a same issue with the RA2 which is 6.8k but I can't find it anymore nowere :(

any rough eta?

kamoteshake commented 2 months ago

I'm also interested in the latest gerber file and BOM.

Redherring32 commented 2 months ago

An update is coming very soon, but whether it has BOM updates is TBD currently, depends if I can find alternatives for some of the things that went EOL.

Stay tuned. :)

any updates ?

If I may add as an impartial 3rd party - Github Issues are no place to be begging for updates on a project periodically. Issues are meant for reporting, discussing, and collaborating on bugs, WIP features, or feature requests, and this fits none of those criteria. Personally I'd recommend you get in contact with any project maintainers more directly in the future, or in this case, you can join Redherring's Discord server for progress updates & discussion on OpenTendo & his other projects.

Where is there a link to a Discord server, or a way to contact the project maintainer?

What did you search google for to find that Discord? I tried a bunch of stuff and it never came up. Also, might not be a bad idea to mention that it exists somewhere on this repository. I hadn't ever even used Discord before, or knew that was even a possibility.
