header install #30

I noticed that the header file was not installed on my linux system when i did make install. I can make a pull-request to add the fixes for that.

~/test/t-digest-c/build$ sudo make install
[ 33%] Built target tdigest_static
[ 66%] Built target tdigest
[100%] Built target quantile_example
Install the project...
-- Install configuration: "Release"
-- Installing: /usr/local/lib/libtdigest.so
-- Installing: /usr/local/lib/libtdigest_static.a

Fixed by #31
