Support global configuration #123

Currently redis enterprise operator crash loops when installed without targetNamespaces. This means when using a global OperatorGroup this operator will not work. For dev environments where namespaces may be created and destroyed often with different names this is inconvenient.

This is a feature request to support a global installation of redis enterprise operator. Can this be put on the roadmap?

hi @k would it work for you if the operator is installed on one namespace tracking multiple other namespaces? that feature is on the roadmap.
