Notes

There are a few pieces missing that were requested in the JIRA ticket:

Warning
Right panel
Menu.backgroundColor

I did my best to convert everything here into a theme we can use for development: https://www.figma.com/file/6CndOjBidAKFijLsIsAUbh/New-Fast-Design-System?node-id=1%3A505

I wasn't able to find any of the missing pieces in the Figma design doc
