The preview-docs command works with the community edition only. I've tried to login and am able to do that successfully, but the preview-docs continues to use the community edition:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Given any OpenAPI and redocly.yaml file
Use the login command
Use the preview-docs command and visit the localhost address given
See community edition
Expected behavior
I think this should probably be marked as deprecated rather than fixed. But either way there is a bug to fix or docs to fix.
