Referencing Redot documentation instead of Godot.

This needs to be squashed and the commit should say something like Change Godot Linux appdata urls to Redot or something.

If the commits don't get squashed and the message doesn't get fixed soon I'm gonna cherry-pick it into 4.3 and then cherry-pick it back to master myself, you'll still get credit.

The first line in the commit message still needs to be Change Godot Linux appdata urls to Redot, it needs to follow CONTRIBUTING.md and the fix parts of the message after squashing shouldn't be left in the commit message.
