Internationalization 🌐 - Add Multiple Language Support #6

Add a language picker, automatically detect phone language, and match each string to a language.

Languages to consider: Polish, French, Spanish, Russian...

Find a way to access in-game localized strings so we don't need to type them all out

The string "Possible Evidence Remaining" doesn't translate to Spanish.

Another idea: could be possible to show which Ghost could be according to the Remaining Evidences.... Maybe a list of them just down it...

On the first page should be uppercase "Н" like "Настройки".

In the ghosts tab for the ghost Oni, first letter was with the accent, cause óni and oní are different words in russian haha. But it's ok to keep "Они" as it is, just make the whole word in same font style.

In the evidence tab should be "Π£Π»ΠΈΠΊΠ° #" instead of "Π£Π»ΠΈΠΊΠΈ" cause "Π£Π»ΠΈΠΊΠΈ" is plural.

For the same tab last letter of the word "Π Π°Π΄ΠΈΠΎΠΏΡ€ΠΈΡ‘ΠΌΠ½ΠΈΠΊ" breaks on the next line. Maybe smaller font could fix this idk.
