Vanished player does not completely disappear #1

Hacked Clients can still see the Vanished player.

Fix

OnVanish: Send SDestroyEntitiesPacket to everyone except the vanished player. OnReapearing: Send SSpawnPlayerPacket to everyone except the vanished player.
