[1.16.4] Vanish Event #4

While developing integration with this mod for a server side mod, an event was needed to efficiently update the player's state. The mixin maven also happened to break, so it was changed to the official sponge maven.

This PR adds:

An event for when a player enters or exits vanish

This PR changes:

The maven repo for mixin to Sponge instead of CreeperHost

Hi, nice to hear this mod being used in an integration! An event for when a player vanishes is definitely a good idea, and apparently I already noticed the mixin breaking, I just forgot to push my changes to the remote. At least now I don't have to do that anymore xP
