ZXing.Net.Mobile.Forms.WindowsUniversal.Platform.Init() is missing #905

Hi,

I have followed your instructions to implement ZXing.Forms in an UWP project. But it looks like the current Nuget-Package 2.4.1 of ZXing.Net.Mobile.Forms has no ZXing.Net.Mobile.Forms.WindowsUniversal.Platform.Init() Method.
