config problem about 'comfig/sr_sr3_16_128.json' #35

I'm confused when I look at the idm_main.py here is my question: parser.add_argument('-c', '--config', type=str, default='config/sr_sr3_16_128.json', help='JSON file for configuration') where is it ? I don't see it at the config file, and what is it uesd for? May I get some guidence? plz
