Problem: Currently, the template project doesn't have a Dockerfile image. The actual Dockerfile is rather straightforward and we can probably find an acceptable solution online.
Acceptance criteria:
Web project has a Dockerfile
Dockerfile is able to be built successfully
Docker image runs web UI
Other: I (Reece) should upgrade my next-js template project to also have the docker file.
