Inconsistent GUI performance at power up #4

Sometimes GUI will be distorted if the device is restarted. Repeated restarts eventually resolve. Possibly a problem of writing too quickly to RA8875? Although that issue should have been resolved with gh-2.

With recent commits, this problem has died down. I suspect that it was the decrease in SPI clock speed that improved this performance. I won't close this issue until I can put a finger on what caused it, which means more testing down the road. Will reference from commit once this is resolved.

Since this specific issue has stopped occurring in new builds and has been replaced with #9, I am closing this issue. Will reopen if this specific issue presents itself again.
