Added STRING-DB data for B. subtilis protein interactome.
Added alt_name parameter to txid224308 and txid7955.
Added ability to query using alt_name parameter using regex.
Removed trailing whitespace in txid7955 data.
Update CreateLocalEnv.sh to start or create a Docker container depending on if it exists already.
Remove self-edges from data.
Update setup.md and data-import.md for readthedocs.
