Cytoscape Documentation is a nice example of writing a documentation page. I think this would include installation guide (like the one we already have in github), methods and algorithms used, and descriptions about important function/files (like our parsers and API calls). This would be good to have before the summer so that new members can use this guide to better understand ProteinWeaver.
