Add one more table field for prefix/suffix on Currency

Add one more table for storing whether to show CurrencySign as a prefix like with dollar ($10) and Euros (€50) or as a suffix as with SEK (200 kr).

Should be string that stores 6 characters. Since it should store either prefix or suffix.
Add to the function for getting currencies.
