Develop and test database plots in jupyter #29

Create a jupyter notebook that contains:

[x] REEEM database connection
[x] Read from table
[x] Templates for different plots
[x] Interactive plots with pltly
[x] Save plots to file
[x] Save data to CSV
[x] Documentation

Identified use cases:

[x] View 0.1: Existing entries in one column
[x] View 0.2: Search for existing indicators
[x] View 1: One indicator for one region in one pathway over time (LinePlot)
[x] View 2: One indicator for one region in different pathways over time (LinePlot)
[x] View 3: One indicator for all regions in one pathway over time (LinePlot, StapelPlot)

Nice to have:

[x] Select metadata from db (JSON)
