Based on the direction (row or col) visualize the summary of content changes as a bar plot or "histogram".

Done as a one-color bar chart (bar plot). Further enhancements could be

consider if there are structure changes
make the height of the bars fixed (which represents the highest value of changes i.e. highest available bar instead of highest possible bar)
use stacked bar chart as in issue #18
