Issue with non UTF-8 feeds #15

I noticed the charset used could be wrong when the RSS flux isn't UTF-8... Even with the "Content-Type: application/rss+xml; charset=iso-8859-1" in the HTTP headers, and "<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>" at the beginning of the feed.

Fixed in 0.13. Let me know if something wrong.
