Remove some provided feed readers #25

Hi and thanks for this addon,

Do you think it would be useful to allow users to remove some (or all) of the feed readers provided by default ? They could be listed in preference pane in the same way that personal readers, so we could remove the ones we don't want to use.

Any thought about it ?

Well, you have a point, though I consider changing reader as "set once" action. Placing it in preferences so user can edit it, adds complexity for me to update the list.

Right too, and since the prefered reader is set by default on the page showing a feed, the others one are not cluttering, so no hurry at all for this PR :)
