I'm changing !!! to R!!, so that it aligns with F!! and B!!. This also makes clear that it aligns with R and r, at 3 different levels of safety.

@isidore and I were talking about tiers of refactoring safety and maybe using ... vs. !!!, but I think r / R / R!! may do the trick.
