Tests can run under stack #29

The tests have been adjusted so they can run under either stack or straight cabal, using GHC 7.10.3 or GHC 8.0.1.

You may want to change the README so that it makes clear that testing with stack works now.

That's a good point. But I will do that in the changelog for the next release.
