Add DangerOres Scrap preset

Added DangerOres Scrapworld preset: all the world is covered in scraps, that you need to recycle/downgrade to its ingredients to repurpose the materials towards the rocket win.

• Mods: Reverse factory, Scrap Resource, (RedMew data)
• Win con: 500 rockets
• landfill tiles, terraforming
• 5x tech cost (will see how it goes)

I'll create the linked scrap_mod_pack on the server interface once it gets approved/merged, I'll need to update the RedMew-data mod as well for all DO since the data stage autoload module has been updated to support future scenarios outside DO ;)
