corrected style to fix counters alignment in header dashboard

@mridha-emran I have done some corrections to have counters aligned no matter if you are a contributor or an admin. However you will notice that the button to add a reference is under the counters now. It is on purpose, since this button is going to change and maybe even be placed somewhere else. I created a ticket for this: https://github.com/Refemi/refemi_front/issues/140.

So please only test the alignment of counters. Thanks!
