[BUG / ADMIN DASHBOARD] Issues with pending references

• [ ] remove the header of the dashboard
• [ ] "Catégorie actuelle" is empty and doesn't show the selected category
• [ ] when you click on the reference to modify, you should find in the form all the informations that have been filled
• [ ] add pagination
• [ ] the list of references to validate should show:
  • [ ] name of user,
  • [ ] date the reference has been sent
  • [ ] section + category
  • [ ] add a hover when you pass on the line of a reference to modify
