Add view, no_streaming and multiple rics to edp/python #1

I have created some new options and refactored the --ric one. They helped me to test the Elektron. I am sharing if this would be useful for you.

For --ric, if you pass a list of rics separated by comma (,), it will split all of them and send to Elektron.

I have created a --view option, so now it is possible to pass a list of fields to get, and the --no_streaming if you don't want to receive the updates.

@ebortoluzzi-maualab Thank you for doing this with python example. Please sign the contributor agreement and email it. After receiving the agreement and once our team has a chance to make the changes across languages to keep examples consistent, we can incorporate this change.

@ebortoluzzi-maualab Our code has undergone rebranding since this pull request and we're prefer to reject this request. We may choose to add some of the features you find useful but do so across the board in a future release. Please let us know if you have any questions.
