Firebreath/Icebreath both use the Face Slot. Muzzle also uses the Face Slot. Selecting both a Breath Attack, and Muzzle, will result with one of the 2 being placed in the hand slot, and not removeable.
Recommended Workaround; Don't select both.
Hopefully in the future a better way of detecting conflicting Mutations will be found. The current way of using 'Exclusions' only works if you know what to exclude. A 'part uses' global exclusion could be handy, but would probably need to be built into the engine.
