AuthGuard and Decorators for Attendees #22

This PR adds AuthGuard to the create() function for Attendees, and adds decorators for required fields in create-attendee-dto for the validationPipe to work.

Receiving a null-status CORS when attempting to send code with Unauthorized on the backend. Have spoken to Rohan about it.

Was a .env problem. Resolved.
