Update EventsModule for new attributes and add guards

This PR makes the following changes

• Adds access check endpoints /auth/access/admin & auth/access/corporate
• Adds upgrade & visible fields to events for use later
• Adds guards to events controller where neccessary

Testing: Tested endpoints manually & with the events dashboard (coming in another PR to rp2023)
