Reimplements Turret #121

Supports multiple turrets at once
Turret unbuilds itself when empty
Several other improvements to the old mechanics
New small turret icon sprite, as the base sprite was too large to fit
[x] Requires balancing (Cooldown, Rarity, Ammo, etc.)

I'm merging cause I don't want the branch to fall behind but I still can't pickup for some reason... #93 will stay open for now
