The green reload animation bar sometimes either lags, then suddenly fills up, or flickers as if there were 2 different reload timers running. I've seen it mostly when it auto-reloads, not when i reload myself. Also with different weapons, but mostly with full-auto as well as the bullet splitter gun.
The flickering seems to appear when you get hit while the reload animation is playing. So maybe both issues are related to getting hit.
