As mentioned in #11, the time step width achievable is currently small. Moreover, it is fluctuating with many recovers from instabilities.

As of #63 time step width is calculated by step control based on displacement angle and increased by remeshing procedures (especially for late stages). Fluctuations still high, but recovery seldom needed.
