Link to Folders Broken #210

The # on the URL line is bad, bad Mau. Fix fix. Can not link to just a folder- shows the whole profile of characters.

Tested on Chrome 87 on Win 10. This doesn't seem to be a problem anymore- I can freely navigate to linked folders with zero issues. However, custom color information for characters is absent, which is almost certainly a part of #222.
